We ship our merchandise only upon receipt of payment. What happens after I have placed my oder? Upon reception of your order our Sales Manager will readily forward to you an e-mail where you will be notified of the availability of the item(s). PayPal will make your payment immediately available to us.In this case and the item(s) will be defined Ready to Ship, meaning we did not receive any other order for the same item(s) and with the same payment method, earlier than yours. "Ready to Ship" items will be shipped within 48 hours via express insured courier. If you have chosen Bank Wire Transfer, and you will be notified that your ordered item(s) "Requires Confirmation",. it means that either another order is pending and the transaction is not yet completed. In any case, upon reception of payment you will be readily notified the shipment is on its way to you. Please note that your credit card charges are NEVER submitted until we ship and we will NEVER ask you to send a bank transfer until an items availability has been confirmed by our staff in an email sent to you. If you've chosen to pay by Bank Wire Transfer, your next step is to pay for your purchase via wire transfer. You will have 3 business days from the date of your "Ready to Ship " e-mail to make your payment. We will reserve the item(s) for a total of 4 working days from the moment our "Ready to Ship" e-mail has been sent to you, elapsed that time, if your payment is not yet completed, the item(s) will be again available to purchase on our site. Once we have received your payment, we will readily send you a confirmation of shipment e-mail letting you know that your item is being prepared for shipment and on what day to expect delivery. How do you ship? All shipments with destination outside of Italy are sent through established and reputable delivery firms like Federal Express. The Shipping Cost we apply shipping cost is evaluated on the basis of standard delivery service, this means that shipments are usually at your door at the most in a couple of days for all orders confirmed available placed Monday through Thursday. (Orders placed Friday through Sunday that are confirmed as available are shipped the following Monday). If you wish a faster or special service let us know and we shall arrange it for you (usually at a higher price). We apply a special shipping cost discount on on orders exceeding the value of €3000.00. Shipments directed in Italy are usually sent by armored delivery. Some international orders are subject to special terms and conditions. If your order falls under that category we will readily let you know in our first e-mail. What happens if I choose to return an item purchased from GemYes? All sales are subject to a 7 day examination period once an item is in your possession. If your purchase doesn't meet your complete satisfaction you can return it within that evaluation period, however we require you to communicate GemYes the reason(s)for returning the item(s). We will readily assist you in returning the item for a complete refund (less shipping cost) within that 7 day examination period providing you with simple clear return instructions. Please wait to receive our returning instructions before shipping the merchandise back. You will receive a prompt 100% money back refund, (less shipping cost) after we inspect the merchandise. If you paid by Card, your card will be refunded in kind and if you paid by Bank Wire, you will receive payment within 1 business day of our return inspection taking place. For this reason, we cannot accept any gemstone in return that has been mounted, polished, chipped, fractured, dropped or altered in any way whatsoever. During the inspection period, you are completely liable for the item, so please pay careful attention to it. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. We can only process your request after our expert verifies that it's condition is undamaged. All returned items must be in the original box, with all original packing materials and original lab certificates intact. Returns will take no more than one week to process once we have the item back in our office. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the item.
